Gir·A·sol [jir-uh-sawl] is the Spanish word for sunflower and represents the casual lifestyle of wine, food and friends associated with great wine regions. We invite you to experience our lifestyle at Girasol Inn.
Our inn is located in the middle of our Girasol vineyard (Syrah, Sangiovese and Viognier were planted 2006) and we are surrounded by the vineyards of our neighbors including Northstar and Pepper Bridge wineries. To the east and south, we have an unbroken vista of the Blue Mountains.
Inspired to create a modern take on the historic ranch houses of this agricultural area, we built the main house in 2005 and opened the inn in Spring 2007.
Our focus at Girasol Vineyard & Inn is to offer our guests a casual, relaxed but luxurious home base in the heart of Walla Walla’s wine country. Our contemporary inn is furnished with a mix of knotty alder furniture, family antiques, and the works of local artists.
Three inviting suites await your visit – each designed with casual elegance. Luxurious linens, king size beds and breath-taking views are just a few of the comforts you’ll enjoy during your visit.
By day, explore the more than 90 plus wineries in the acclaimed Walla Walla appellation, including the 18 wineries within a two-mile radius of our inn. Discover great restaurants and shopping just a few minutes away in historic and vibrant downtown Walla Walla.
By nightfall, return to our private and comfortable setting that will give you the chance to escape, unwind and rejuvenate.
We look forward to seeing you at the Inn.
